    Hello all, just thinking of some ways we can push the envelope and become better people, and this came up:

    Things to ask when doing anything almost anything:

    1. Am I getting better from this?

    2. If I continue doing this, what type of person might I tend to become?

    3. What healthy habits do I want to form that could change my life and take me forward? Could this be one of them?

    4. Why would this be a constructive use of my time?
