The Quickest Route to Success

The Quickest Route to Success

Joshua 1:8  Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do. (NLT)

It is very interesting that the Word of God should give the biggest principle for success as the Word of God. It clearly tells us here that the Word of God is the secret for success.

This is directly against what most people believe. We believe in so many things, hard work, strength, perseverance, etc as the basis for success in this world. These things are very important to achieving success, But the Word of God clearly tells us here that there is something else that is more important than every other thing.

The Word of God is the foundation for success in everything we might be involved in… The Word says in Hebrews 4:12 ‘For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.’

However, how about those who seem to be doing so well, but we know are not putting the Word of God at the center of their lives?

Well, money is not really everything about success. There’s also health, joy, rest, peace of mind, our children’s well being, how we would spend our forever, etc.

Contrary to popular belief, the fact that someone has money does not mean that everything is okay with them now. This does not mean there is anything wrong with money per se (1 Timothy 6:10), but it does mean that those who have it have by no means achieved everything in the major things of life…

As human beings, we are spirits who have a mind and live in a body. Being a person of real success must entail all-round spiritual, mental, emotional and material success.

This is what God has in store for us. – All round success in the quickest way possible – By His Word.

Don’t miss yours.

Just spend time investing in His Word everyday.

The rewards are sure.
